Member for West Belfast, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty when, and in what form, it will be convenient to him to present to the House the promised statement with regard to the performance of the water-tube boilers on board Her Majesty's ships.
MR GOSCHENEvery effort is being made to complete the statement as soon as possible, but ill view of the large amount of current work in the office the preparation necessarily takes some time. It is not practicable to explain in an answer to a question the form in which the information will be given, but I shall be glad to show it to the hon. Member. It will be, generally speaking, a continuation of the Return No. 234 of 1895.
