§ Ordered, that the Order [14th March] that all Petitions of County Councils under the provisions of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898, against the Bills, presented seven clear days before the meeting of the Committee be referred to the Committee, and that the petitioners praying to be heard by themselves, their counsel, or agents, or witnesses be heard against the Bills be suspended in the case of the petition of the County Council of Queen's County against the Great Southern and Western Railway Bill, and that the said petition be referred to the Select Committee on the said Bills, and that the petitioners be heard by their counsel, agent, or witnesses against the said Bill.—(Mr. J.
