HC Deb 17 February 1899 vol 66 c1293
MR. WOODS (Essex, Walthamstow)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he has fully considered the suggestion he made to the honourable Member for East Mayo, on 5th of August 1898, in reference to supplying Members of the House with copies of the Debates; and, if so, will he explain at what decision he has arrived?

MR. HANBURY

AS I have already stated, arrangements are being made to issue, experimentally, copies of the Debates to such Members as specially apply for them by initialling the Pink Paper.
