HC Deb 16 February 1899 vol 66 c1115
MR. T. M. HEALY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been called to the letter of the Under Secretary to the English Local Government Board as to the state of the inmates in the North Dublin Workhouse, and the disparity in the rates between the North and South Dublin Unions; and does he propose to take any action in this matter?

MR. GERALD BALFOUR

I have called for a report on this question, but not having yet received it, I will ask the honourable and learned Gentleman to repeat the Question to-morrow.
