GOSCHEN,) St.George's, Hanover SquareThe work on the "Bulwark" has been started by fitting together certain portions of the structure on a slipway, adjoining the one upon which she will be laid down as soon as the "Implacable" is launched early next month. Information with regard to the last paragraph of the right honourable Baronet's Question will be given when the Estimates are laid before Parliament.
