I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland when the Bill dealing with Irish Agriculture is to be introduced?

I hope to he able to introduce this Bill before Whitsuntide, but it will have to be under the Ten Minutes Rule.

It would be a great convenience if the right honourable Gentleman could make. some general statement as to the course he intends to adopt with regard to Irish business.
