MARKS (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any communications have passed between Her Majesty's Government and the Austro-Hungarian Government with reference to the imposition of countervailing duties upon foreign bounty-fed sugar imported into India; and, if so, what has been the result of such communications?
