SOAMES () Norfolk, S.I beg to ask the honourable Member for Thirsk, as representing the Charity Commissioners, whether he is aware that the cost of enlarging the churchyard of Win-farthing has been defrayed out of the funds of the Winfarthing Town Estate Charity; and whether the Charity Commissioners have sanctioned such expenditure of the funds of that charity?
