§ Upon a new schedule dealing with the Acts proposed to be repealed by the Bill,
MR. T. M. HEALYI already protested against the fact that this was not put down as an Amendment in the ordinary way. I think that the ordinary common, form ought to have been followed out. The right honourable Gentleman proposes, in regard to section 58, to repeal a number of sections having connection with roads. I cannot see any necessity for that proposal. Why should not the Bill remain as it is? It seems to me that some power should exist for the purpose.
