Member for the St. Patrick Division of Dublin, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Government intend this Session to carry out the promise given by the late, and renewed by the present Government to endow and establish a Veterinary College for Ireland in Dublin; whether he is aware that a charter has been obtained and governors appointed, and a financial guarantee given; and whether it has been brought under his notice that the Irish Cattle Traders and Stock Owners' Association and the Royal Dublin Society press for its immediate endowment and establishment?
