Member for the St. Patrick Division of Dublin, I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether it is the fact that Parliament will be asked to vote a sum of £800,000 towards the building of the Museum of Science and Art at South Kensington under the Civil Service Loans 921 Bill; and whether the Treasury intend to ask for an Irish equivalent of eleven-eightieths to build the Royal College of Science in Dublin; and, if not, whether such application will be inserted before 31st March?
