HENNIKER HEATON (Canterbury)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the correspondence with the Government of Canada on the question of reducing the Dominion postage to Great Britain and Ireland and also to the Colonies of the Empire from five cents to three cents per letter; and whether, if not, he will allow the Member for Canterbury, or any other Member of the House of Commons, to see the Papers in question on formal application being made?
