§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENTI am afraid I do not see my way to complying with the suggestion of the hon. Member. The Standing Orders are very voluminous, regulating as they do the details of administration in every branch of the Department, and most of them are of a purely Departmental character. Any that are of more general interest, such as the rules respecting juveniles awaiting trial, are always made public in the Reports of the Commissioners or in other ways.
