CALDWELL (Lanark, Mid)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he is prepared to lay upon the Table of the House the Report and evidence taken by the Treasury Commissioner at the Telephone inquiry in Glasgow, so that, the same may be in the hands of Members before the House goes into Committee on the Civil Service Estimates.
