WILSONI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he will lay upon the Table the memorandum from the War Office, dated 28th April, 1898, discouraging immorality in the Army, together with a covering letter, dated May, 1898, addressed by Sir Evelyn Wood, on behalf of the Marquess of Lansdowne, to general officers commanding districts?
§ MR. BRODRICKThe memorandum can be presented to Parliament, but the letter sending it to general officers is a mere administrative detail which it is not necessary to present.
