CURZON,) Lancashire, SouthportI stated in reply to a Question on the same subject on June 28th that the general negotiations, in which the case of Waima, with several others, is included, were now about to be resumed, the Niger negotiations having terminated. The answer therefore to both Questions of the honourable Member is in the negative.
