PIRIEI beg to ask the Lord Advocate if his attention has been drawn to the Report of the Scottish Education Department being issued with the Royal Arms as used in England in place of the Royal Arms of Scotland; if he will explain why this should be so, when the other annual Reports of Scottish Departments bear the Royal Arms as authorised for and used in Scotland; and if he will have the error rectified?
