CURZON,) Lancashire, SouthportMr. Eliot, the Member of the British Embassy at Constantinople, who was sent expressly to Uskub, has been watching the proceedings of the Commission, and has been in communication with its members, with a view to reporting to Her Majesty's Government, although I am not aware of his having personally taken part in the proceedings.
