I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he has received the information that the Board of Irish Lights have acceded to the request of the Belfast Chamber of Commerce, and made application to the Elder Brethren of Trinity House for their sanction to the establishment of the lighthouse and fog signal at Blackhead?

The Board of Irish Lights have applied to the Trinity House for their sanction to erect a light on Blackhead.
