RITCHIE,) CroydonI am informed by the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses that the foundations of the lighthouse on the Flannan Islands have been completed, and that some progress has been made with the walls. It is anticipated that if the weather is favourable the lighthouse may be completed before the end of next year.
