MCCARTAN (Down, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland (1) if he can state on what date the evidence given before the Royal Commission, presided over by Sir Edward Fry, will be printed and circulated; and (2) whether he is aware that almost the entire evidence offered in explanation and support of the Ulster Custom of tenant right was disallowed by the Royal Commission?
