I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether school managers of any school not provided by a school board will be allowed to pay any fee and charge it in their school accounts to any member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or of the Society of Accountants or Bank Managers, by whom their accounts must be annually audited, by the addition which has been made to Article 85d in the New Day School Code?
