TULLYI beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he is aware that the medical officers in Boyle have forwarded certificates that John Brennan, a Crimean veteran, formerly of the 41st Regiment, still bears the traces of the wounds received in the attack of Sebastopol; and whether in view of this man's very destitute condition, he will recommend that a grant, the same as last year, be made to him from the fund for the relief of Crimean veterans?
