§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, when he proposes to introduce the Bill for the amalgamation of Poor Law Unions in Ireland; and, does he propose to refer the Bill to the Standing Committee or to the Committee of the whole House?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI hope to introduce the Bill some day before the Easter Recess provided I am able to do so after Twelve o'clock. The Bill is one which should be referred, after Second Reading, to the Standing Committee on Law.
