HOGAN (Tipperary, Mid)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether he can state the arrangements that have been made for the reception and quartering of the Colonial troops visiting England in connection with the celebration of Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee; will an effort be made to concentrate, as far as practicable, the various Colonial contingents; and would it be possible to set apart the whole of one of the London barracks for their accommodation?
