On behalf of the hon. Member for Cork Co., W. (Mr. JAMES GILHOOLY), I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether any arrangement has been made with the Schull and Skibbereen Tramway for the conveyance of the mails from Skibbereen to Schull?

As the hon. Member was informed only 11 days ago the question of using the Schull and Skibbereen Tramway for the conveyance of mails is under inquiry, and when the report has been received and considered the result shall be communicated to him.
