DAVITTI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Government, are contemplating a scheme of relief for Irish landlords by means of loans of State money at 3 per cent. for the liquidation of mortgages on landed property in Ireland; and, if so, when will this scheme be submitted to the House for discussion.
