Member for Londonderry, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, (1) whether the Trish Government have received from the: Derry Chamber of Commerce a memorial hi favour of a draft Bill to amend the law relating to Civil Bill Courts in Ireland by Mr. A. M. Munn, the Clerk of the Crown for County Perry; and (2) whether he will be able to introduce a Bill containing some or all of the amend- 1590 ments in the law suggested by Mr. Munn?
