§ SIR MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEYI hope the Report will be issued within the next three or four weeks. The delay, which has been quite unavoidable, has been due to the fact that an abstract of the annual returns required by the Act of 1895, from occupiers of factories and workshops of the persons employed in them is being included for the first time.
