§ *THE LORD ADVOCATEAfter consultation with Secretary for Scotland, I do not find that the facts in our knowledge are such as to justify the Inquiry asked for. If the hon. Member is prepared to bring forward specific charges against the Prison Administration in Scotland, the Secretary for Scotland will give them careful consideration, and along with them the question of the expediency of an Inquiry.
