EARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland when he proposes to 1426 introduce the Bill dealing with Amalgamation of Poor Law Unions in Ireland; has any commission yet been appointed to consider the subject, and has it made any report; and would he explain the cause of delay?
