§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI have always declined to pledge myself in the course of this Session as to the details of a Bill to be proposed next Session; but, as to the particular question, I may say that at first sight I do not see any connection between the Irish Lights Board and the general question of county government in Ireland.
