HEALY (Louth, N.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department is he aware that the large English Gas Companies are now making large quantities of water gas and turning it into the mains with coal gas, so that some cases of gas poisoning have already occurred; and, will any means be taken to protect the public against the admixture of this most poisonous substance with coal gas?
