PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, when appointing the new Royal Commission on the financial relations between Great Britain and Ireland, the Government have any objection to the appointment, or intend to appoint on the Commission the Lord Chief Justice of England or Lord Morris, both of whom are eminent English Judges?
