§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERI stated the other day, in reply to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for West Monmouthshire, that these expenses would be a matter of arrangement between the Egyptian Government and Her Majesty's Government, and I have nothing as yet to add to that statement.
