FARRELLI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, whether his attention has been called to the malicious poisoning of two horses and the cutting out of the tongue of another, all the property of Mr. Bryan, of Hanbury Street, Spitalfields; has the Treasury taken any steps to offer a reward for the discovery of the perpetrators of this outrage; and, will the locality in which the deed was committed be taxed to recoup Mr. Bryan's loss, as would occur if the outrage had been committed in Ireland?
