§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA (Lord GEORGE HAMILTON, Middlesex, Ealing)The Perso-Beluch frontier is demarcated, but I have not yet received the final report or map. The whole of the Indo-Afghan frontier is not yet demarcated under the Kabul Agreement; and, although for special reasons I have laid on the Table the Agreement arrived at with regard to Bashgul Valley, I cannot give any undertaking with regard to the presentation of further Papers until the work of demarcating is complete.
