§ MR. GERALD BALFOURGovernment have no information as to the number of Future tenants in each County in Ireland, and have no means at their disposal of obtaining such information. I am unable, therefore, to agree to the Motion for a Return on the subject.
§ MR. DILLONMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he would be kind enough to consider whether he could not give this return in some altered form, because it is very desirable to have authentic figures?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI am afraid it would be impossible to give any authentic figures, but I will consider whether it is possible for any sort of figures to be given. Perhaps, the hon. Gentleman will assist me by informing me as to what class of figures he desires to have.
