MR. CURZONNo, Sir; the Italian advance into Abyssinia was undertaken without previous communication with Her Majesty's Government. But I must point out to the hon. Member that the recent campaign to which he is perhaps alluding, was not the result of an Italian expedition against Abyssinia, but of an Abyssinian attack upon the advanced posts of Italy.
