POWELL-WILLIAMS,) Birmingham, S.The proportion of shirting material supplied from the Army Clothing Department to the Home garrisons during the last 429 three years has averaged 96 per cent. of the whole issue. The balance has been given to the Alford Needlework Association and to the Spitalfields Shirt and Clothing Factory. The prices paid for making up are 8½d. for ordinary shirts and 7½d. for hospital shirts.
