KIMBER (Wandsworth)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty, if he will take steps to expedite the settlement of the clerical staff of the Admiralty, the constitution of which was called for by Treasury Minute of 10th August 1889, in accordance with the recommendation of the Royal Commission on Civil Establishments, and has been under consideration for the past two years?
