§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYAs my hon. Friend is aware, I am in entire agreement with the views expressed in the propositions embodied in the Bill to which he refers in this Question, and I shall be glad to do anything in my power to have that Bill passed into law. But he must be aware that the present condition of Business is such that I am not in a position to give him any pledge upon the subject, at all events at the present time
