HOLLAND (Tower Hamlets, Bow and Bromley)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, whether he is now able to state what will be the constitution of, and terms of reference to, the Committee on Old Age Pensions, which he expressed the intention of Her Majesty's Government in August of last year of constituting as soon as possible; and, whether the Proceedings of the Committee and the Evidence taken before it, as well as its Report, will be laid upon the Table of the House?
