§ GENERAL LAURIE (Pembroke and Haverfordwest)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty, as there appears to be much uncertainty as to the nature and amount of the increase of pay and advantages of pension lately announced as granted to Dockyard employés, if he will cause a copy of the circular issued to the Superintendents of Her Majesty's Dockyards, bearing on this subject, to be laid upon the Table of the House?
