BRYN ROBERTS (Carnarvonshire, Eifion)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in accordance with the expectation he expressed on the 7th of this month, he has yet heard from the Directors of the British South Africa Company as to the withdrawal of the power of attorney given to Mr. Cecil Rhodes by the Company to manage its affairs in South Africa, and for that purpose to do all such acts as he might in his absolute discretion deem expedient?
