BHOWNAGGREEI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether there is shortly to be a vacancy in the post of the President of the Royal Engineering College, Cooper's Hill; and, if so, whether, in appointing a successor, the claims of eminent Civil Engineers to fill the post will be favourably considered, as the College is an institution for the education of Civil Engineers?
