British Agent in the South African Republic has telegraphed long report on allegations in Critic as to shooting of a British officer, which I am sending by mail. The President of the South African Republic has been asked by British Agent to institute searching inquiry.—ROBINSON.I have no information as to the second portion of the Question. If the hon. Member will furnish me with particulars, I will cause inquiry to be made.
