§ SIR ELLIS ASHMEAD-BARTLETTI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the attention of Her Majesty's Government has been called to the fact that the entire Russian Press are demanding the cession of a part of Chinese Manchuria, and a port in Korea; and whether the statement that the Russian Government have demanded these concessions is correct?
