BRYCEThe enquiry has been a very complicated and difficult one, and the proceedings were interrupted by the indisposition of the Chairman, and of one of the Judges who is a member of the Committee. I trust, however, that the Committee, who have given very close and earnest attention to the subject, will be able to present their Report in the course of next month.
