§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Sir JOHN HIBBERT,) OldhamThe necessity for further communication with the Secretary with regard to certain points of detail arising in connection with the issue of the maps in illustration of the Report of the Highlands and Islands Commission, 1891, has prevented their publication so soon as had been hoped. The maps will in all probability be sent to the Vote Office of the House of Commons this afternoon.
